Greg Kannon
Chief Executive Officer

Trained as a classical pianist in his early years and later trained in voice, music has always been part of Greg. His expertise is in mentoring and leadership with extensive experience in leadership development, coaching/training, and executive positions within corporate and faith communities. Greg taught as an adjunct professor in a large seminary, recently completing his 16th year, teaching others that "making disciples who make disciples of Jesus" is how the true transformation of the world will happen. He and his wife Donna, enjoy life together in Winter Garden, FL, and in the mountains of North Carolina, boating, traveling, reading, and doing anything outdoors.

Twila Roberts
Director of Finance

Twila was born and raised in West Virginia, but has called Florida home for the past 30+ years. A graduate of Rollins College, she has a lengthy career in both public accounting and private industry finance, most recently serving as the director of finance for one of the 50 largest churches in America, a role Twila had for 13 years.  She is currently a licensed Realtor as well as serves as part time Finance Director for Music Mission Kiev.

Bradley Nolff
Communications Director

Bradley is a creative communications and marketing professional with exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills. His background in nonprofit communications and live music production gives him a unique perspective to help artists share their stories. He specializes in project management, communications, marketing, and public relations. Bradley is a born and raised Floridian who loves theme parks, coffee, and all things technology.

Serhiy Basarab
Vice President of Ukraine Operations

Serhiy has been a part of MMK’s ministry from the very beginning, interpreting at the first KSOC rehearsal in 1992. He draws on his experience in international relations, business, and translation in his role as Vice-President in overseeing the Kyiv office operations, and developing ongoing relationships with media, churches and government offices.

Volodymyr Berezynets
Comptroller

Volodymyr’s love for music brought him to MMK, where he first started as a substitute musician in the KSOC. He then became orchestral librarian, where his meticulous work and humble spirit shone. He now serves as comptroller in the Kyiv office, using those skills to maintain organized records.

Viktoriia (Vika) Konchakovska
Conductor and Creative Director of Kyiv Symphony Orchestra and Chorus

A teacher and folk choir director, Vika joined the KSOC as a choir member and soon became assistant conductor. She also came to know Christ through her work with MMK. In February 2019 she was promoted to Principal Conductor and Artistic Director of the KSOC. Vika manages rehearsals, radio programs, recordings, and seminar projects in churches across the former Soviet Union. She also helps plan all aspects of KSOC concert activities.

 

Serhiy Golubnychyi
Assistant Conductor of Kyiv Symphony Orchestra and Chorus

In 2005-2007, he was principal conductor and artistic director of the Kyiv Youth Orchestra and Chorus, and continues working as the assistant conductor of the KSOC. In addition, Serhiy manages documents, registrations and other paperwork related to expats.

Ruslan Marchenko
Lead Pastor of St Paul’s Church

Pastor Ruslan is a dynamic teacher, motivator, and disciple maker who preaches and teaches through St. Paul’s Church and our ministries to widows and orphans. He is helping our mission develop more mature Christians while also reaching out to find those who still need Jesus. 

Valentyna Yenichek
Widow’s Ministry Team

Valentyna started as a singer in the KSOC, then served as director of widows food distribution and choral librarian. She has a servant’s heart working in our widow’s ministry, and ensuring care of home bound widows.

 

Vadym Shevchenko
Physician

Vadym provides exceptional, compassionate medical care to our widows, pensioners, and others in need.

Iryna Donchenko
Minister of Pastoral Care

A dynamic teacher and motivator, Irina serves as a pastor to children, youth, families, and widows MMK reaches. She shepherds, shares the gospel, and provides spiritual care.

Oksana Polevychenko
Children’s Ministries Pastor

Oksana combines a tender heart with a wealth of experience sharing the gospel to serve orphans, fatherless children, and young widows in her role as children’s pastor. 

 

Oleksandr Ahriiants
Relief Coordinator

Through strategic planning and relief deliveries, Oleksandr serves victims of war, wounded, and others in great need. He also leads at MMK’s summer Bible camp.

Svitlana Kazantseva
Hospitality and Food Services

Certified Dietitian who purchases and prepares all food for events, including banquets, staff lunches, and Helping Hands team meals.

 

Olena Sagun
Coordinator of Widow’s Ministry

Olena coordinates the entire widow’s ministry, managing the food voucher program for 500 widows and pensioners. She is also our lead widow’s Bible class teacher and Evangelism Explosion Trainer.

Iryna Loktionova
Widows Ministry Team/Translator

Iryna leads our Widow’s Ministry weekly prayer group, and provides overall support for the ministry—including translation, deliveries, preparing food vouchers, and coordinating ushers at St. Paul’s Church.
