Visit with Raisa G.

Lena recently visited one of our widows, Raisa G. to give her the monthly supply of food vouchers. Raisa is very thankful to her sponsor and MMK.

Unfortunately, about a year ago, she became homebound after a stroke. Raisa is a former physics teacher, and she has a daughter who is 53 and a teacher as well. Raisa lives alone, and as you can tell from the photo, her hobby is growing flowers.

Raisa became a widow ten years ago and her grief over the loss of her husband was great. She says she felt great relief and comfort when she joined St. Paul Church.
